Analyst, Revenue Recognition (EMEA) Based in Dublin The role:
In this visible and exciting role, the Analyst, Revenue Recognition,
will be responsible for providing revenue recognition guidance to the
Sales, Legal, Sales Operations, and Pricing teams; and play a trusted
advisor role for customer contract negotiations, contract review for
revenue recognition compliance, and revenue recognition training for
the APAC region. The role will also share responsibilities focused on
support of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Compliance within the Revenue
Recognition team.

The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a fast paced and changing
environment, working across many different functions within the
business and finance. The successful applicant must excel in managing
and understanding a wide range of issues and business models that may
be driven by acquisitions, revenue recognition requirements, and
strategic shifts in go-to-market strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with Sales, Sales Operations, Pricing, and Legal during contract
negotiations to provide guidance and options in order to ensure proper
revenue recognition Review revenue related contracts for compliance
with revenue recognition guidelines and ASC **Apply on the website**
to determine appropriate treatment Maintain documentation for all
review and compliance work completed Lead training on revenue
recognition rules, policies and practices within the Company, and in
particular within the Sales organisation Deliver the highest standard
of departmental, cross departmental, and cross region customer service
Work with the Revenue Recognition team and respective business
partners to develop and maintain SOX Compliance Revenue reporting and
analysis, as needed Lead and assist with other special projects, as
needed Experience/Skills

REQUIRED:

3 ? 5 + years combined Big 4 and/or Industry finance experience,
with relevant revenue recognition experience a bonus (ASC **Apply on

_ABILITY TO_ work as part of a team in a dynamic, fast paced, fast
growing company where adaptability is imperative Excellent
interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and written,
willingness to appropriately debate difficult issues; ability to think
quickly and present to an audience Project Management skills including
planning, task assignment, status tracking and reporting Cultural
sensitivity and awareness of regional business practices
Experience/Skills Desired:
Ideally studying for an accounting qualification

_ABILITY TO_ build relationships with new and existing executives
across functions

_ABILITY TO_ quickly grasp company operations and business drivers
Experience in the hi-tech industry preferred Strong salesforce, MS
Excel, MS PowerPoint, and G Suite skills highly desirable Spanish and
